We are in constant search of delicious, rare and exotic fruits and cook them to perfection. Yes, we found banana and spices a while ago. Currently we are on a mission to recreate a shelf stable Breadfruit Crisp. Sustainably and organically grown in the remote islands of the Maldives, this seasonal fruit has been a staple food in island communities for generations. We aim to introduce its benefits globally.
